Whether you're looking to relieve stress, deepen your breath awareness, or simply take a break from the fast-paced world, this class offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and restore your body and mind.
What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a guided breathwork session, where you’ll explore techniques designed to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and increase mental clarity. Breathwork is a powerful tool to enhance self-awareness and guide you into a state of deep relaxation. Through conscious breathing, you'll tap into the body’s innate ability to heal and find inner peace.
After breathwork, we’ll transition into restorative yoga, a deeply restful practice focused on support and comfort. You’ll be guided through slow, gentle postures, held for extended periods, to promote deep relaxation and release physical tension. Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll be able to fully sink into each posture, allowing your body to open and soften, while your mind finds stillness.
