Ecosomatic Winter Immersion: Listening Beneath the Surface
$30
February 15 - 2:00pm to 3:00pm
675516 Hurontario St, Mono
This is an invitation to step out of urgency and into a slower, more honest relationship with your body. Held within the stillness of the winter and the warmth of a share fire, this ecosomatic immersion offers a space to soften, settle, and listen beneath the noise of thought and expectation. The land is not something to observe, but something to be with — a steady presence that supports regulation, rest, and return.
Ecosomatic work invites awareness beyond words. It meets the body through sensation, breath, and quiet internal shifts, allowing what has been held to ease without force. Winter deepens this listening, offering containment, simplicity, and a natural slowing that the nervous system recognizes as safe.

This experience is for those who are ready to stop pushing toward healing and allow themselves to be met instead. Nothing is required, explained, or performed. What unfolds is subtle, grounded, and often felt long after it ends — a remembering of how it feels to belong to your body, and to the land, at the same time.
