We invite them to join us for our little warriors program offering a safe, sacred space to connect and grow. Each session is carefully curated to offer a holistic experience that seamlessly integrates various modalities aimed at nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. We help support your child in; healing, mental health, recognizing/advocating for their emotions, building resiliency, providing stress coping techniques, learning how to connect to their true self and internal knowing.

 

This program includes; Oracle card reading, energy cleansing, setting intentions, journaling, affirmations/mantras, energy healing, art therapy, movement practices, mindful practices, guided meditation, sound bowl healing and breathwork
