Each week, we'll gather outdoors in a serene setting to explore various healing modalities that promote inner peace, release, healing, self-discovery, and nervous system balance. Our lineup includes breathwork, sound healing meditation, Yoga Nidra, somatic movement and other transformative practices aimed at soothing and revitalizing your mind, body, and spirit. These classes will guide you through each practice, allowing you to experience profound relaxation and rejuvenation as you nurture your nervous system and enhance your overall well-being.
