You cannot keep saying yes when you mean no. Keep carrying everyone else while abandoning yourself. Keep shrinking, overgiving, overthinking, people-pleasing, and pushing through while quietly feeling exhausted, disconnected, and unlike yourself.

 

You know something needs to change.

 

But maybe you do not know how to find your way back.

 

Calling Your Power Back is a 6-week small group coaching experience for women who are ready to stop living in survival mode and begin coming home to themselves.

 

This is for the woman who feels like she has lost herself beneath the roles, expectations, responsibilities, and old patterns she has been carrying for far too long. The woman who is tired of always being the strong one. The one who gives and gives and gives, but no longer knows what she needs, what she wants, or who she is beneath it all.

 

Over six weeks, we will gently begin untangling the places where you have been giving yourself away.

 

Together, we will explore the patterns, beliefs, survival responses, and stories that have kept you disconnected from your needs, your voice, your truth, and your power. Through coaching, reflection, somatic practices, nervous system work, journaling, and honest conversation, you will begin to release what is no longer yours to carry and reconnect with the woman you truly are.

 

This is not about becoming someone new.

 

It is about remembering who you were before the world taught you to make yourself smaller.

 

You will leave this experience feeling more grounded, more connected, more confident in your needs and boundaries, and more deeply rooted in yourself than you have in a very long time.

 

Over our six weeks together, we will move through:

 

Week 1, June 1: Noticing Where You Have Been Giving Yourself Away

We begin by gently bringing awareness to the ways you have been abandoning yourself. The places where you overgive, stay quiet, put yourself last, lose yourself in relationships, or carry things that were never yours to hold.

 

Week 2, June 8: Understanding Survival Mode + Your Nervous System

You are not broken. There is a reason you respond the way you do. This week we explore the nervous system, survival mode, people-pleasing, overthinking, shutdown, and why it can feel so hard to change patterns that once kept you safe.

 

Week 3, June 15: Releasing Old Stories, Roles, and Emotional Weight

We begin to notice the beliefs and identities you have been carrying: the good girl, the fixer, the caretaker, the one who holds it all together. Through reflection and gentle release work, we begin to loosen what no longer fits.

 

Week 4, June 22: Rebuilding Safety, Boundaries, and Self-Trust

This week is about learning to feel safe being yourself. Safe to take up space. Safe to have needs. Safe to say no. Safe to trust your body, your voice, your intuition, and your truth.

 

Week 5, June 29: Calling Your Power Back

We begin reclaiming the parts of you that have been buried, hidden, silenced, or forgotten. Your voice. Your worth. Your desires. Your confidence. Your softness. Your strength. The woman underneath it all.

 

Week 6, July 6: Becoming the Woman You Are Meant to Be

Our final week is about stepping forward differently. Not as the version of you who has been surviving, but as the version of you who is learning to choose herself, trust herself, and live in alignment with who she truly is.

 

This intimate container is limited to just 6 women so that every woman feels seen, supported, and held.

 

Inside the experience you will receive:

-6 live weekly online sessions (60 minutes each)

-A small, supportive group of women walking this journey beside you

-Weekly reflection prompts and practices

-Gentle somatic and nervous system-based tools to help you integrate what you are learning

-WhatsApp support between sessions, so you can feel connected, supported, and encouraged throughout the journey

-A safe space to be honest, seen, and supported

-A recording of each session available for replay, so you can revisit the work throughout the week or catch up if you are unable to attend live
