Service Description

Explore slow, somatic movement designed to release tension patterns and reconnect you with your body, followed by guided breathwork to deepen awareness and regulation. This combination helps reset the nervous system while building a stronger connection between breath, sensation, and movement. Leave feeling more present, open, and grounded within yourself. What to Bring: Yoga mat Comfortable clothing Water Optional: blanket, bolster, pillow   Arriving Early: Please plan to arrive early to allow yourself enough time to set up your space and get settled. The door will open 10 minutes before class. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time. Late Arrivals: We have a strict policy for starting classes on time. If you are late, you will not be let into class to prevent disrupting the experience for others. Pre-booking required, Limited spaces. All bookings final, Non-refundable.
