Service Description

Candlelight Chakra Restore is a deeply calming practice designed to support balance through rest, not effort. Using fully supported restorative yoga postures, we move gently through the chakra system, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to settle into ease. Reiki healing is offered throughout the class to support energetic flow, grounding, and integration. We close in an extended savasana with a chakra crystal sound bowl healing, allowing vibration and stillness to restore a sense of harmony and wholeness. No yoga experience needed. ​​Pre-booking is required, limited spaces. All bookings are final, non-refundable.
