Experience supported restorative postures while guided breathing techniques are layered into each pose. The combination of physical support and intentional breath helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and deepen relaxation. Expect a slow, grounding practice that leaves you feeling balanced and at ease. All yoga levels welcome, including beginners. Pre-booking required, spaces limited.
