Pages + Poses: Book Club - APRIL
April 29 at 7pm
Service Description
Pages + Poses is a monthly gathering that blends gentle movement with meaningful conversation. Each gathering begins with gentle breathwork and mindful movement to help the body unwind and the nervous system settle — creating space to arrive fully and shift out of the busyness of the day. Afterward, we’ll gather with tea and light snacks for relaxed conversation around our chosen book of the month. Through conversation and reflection, we’ll explore the themes of the book and how they resonate in our own lives. Come as you are, bring your thoughts, and enjoy an evening of movement, warmth, and thoughtful connection. April Book Selection: April 29 The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah: Set in Nazi-occupied France during World War II, The Nightingale tells the story of two sisters forced to navigate survival, resistance, and impossible choices as their world collapses around them. Through courage, sacrifice, and resilience, their journeys reveal the extraordinary strength women carried during one of history’s darkest times. All yoga levels welcome, including beginners. Pre-booking required, spaces limited. All bookings are final, non-refundable.
