Service Description

Pages + Poses is a monthly gathering that blends gentle movement with meaningful conversation. Each gathering begins with gentle breathwork and mindful movement to help the body unwind and the nervous system settle — creating space to arrive fully and shift out of the busyness of the day. Afterward, we’ll gather with tea and light snacks for relaxed conversation around our chosen book of the month. Through conversation and reflection, we’ll explore the themes of the book and how they resonate in our own lives. Come as you are, bring your thoughts, and enjoy an evening of movement, warmth, and thoughtful connection. May Book Selection: May 27 Firekeeper’s Daughter by Angeline Boulley: Daunis Fontaine has always felt caught between worlds — both too Native and not Native enough. When tragedy strikes her community, she becomes involved in an undercover investigation that reveals deep secrets within the reservation she calls home. This powerful story weaves identity, culture, loyalty, and courage into a gripping mystery. All yoga levels welcome, including beginners. Pre-booking required, spaces limited. All bookings are final, non-refundable.
