Service Description
This class begins with a guided meditation to help you settle into the present moment, soften mental chatter, and reconnect with yourself from within. From there, you’ll be gently immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. The combination of meditation and sound creates a deeply restorative experience that calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and invites the body into profound rest. Expect stillness, spaciousness, and a lingering sense of peace. What to Bring: Yoga mat Comfortable clothing Water Optional: blanket, bolster, pillow Arriving Early: Please plan to arrive early to allow yourself enough time to set up your space and get settled. The door will open 10 minutes before class. Class begins promptly at the scheduled time. Late Arrivals: We have a strict policy for starting classes on time. If you are late, you will not be let into class to prevent disrupting the experience for others. Pre-booking required, spaces limited. All bookings are final, non-refundable.
