This immersive experience is for those who are ready to let go of what no longer serves — grief, rage, shame, fear, outdated identities, and the weight of past versions of self — and reclaim their truth with courage and clarity. Through deep, rhythmic breathwork and soul-led ritual, you will be guided to meet yourself at the edge of transformation. Together, we will journey through: • A grounding somatic body scan to awaken presence and open the channels of release • A layered shamanic breathwork practice to access deep emotional alchemy • A Solstice fire release ceremony, offering what has reached completion to the flames • A guided Phoenix visualization to rise from the ashes with embodied clarity and renewed purpose • An optional cold plunge ritual to anchor rebirth through the wisdom of the body • Integration time with journaling to root the experience into daily life This ceremony is for those standing at a threshold — between who they have been and who they are becoming.
