Rooted in Autumn: Fall Equinox

Half-Day Retreat: September 26 at 4:00pm

200 Canadian dollars

Service Description

There is a quiet wisdom that arrives with autumn. The days begin to shorten. The air softens. The landscape lets go with ease, reminding us that change doesn’t always have to be rushed or resisted. Yet so often, we continue moving at the pace of summer, carrying more than we were ever meant to hold. Rooted in Autumn is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with the natural world, and honour the transition into a quieter season with intention. This immersive outdoor experience gently guides you through an eco-somatic nature walk, breathwork, reflective journaling, a symbolic fire ceremony, and crystal bowl sound healing. Each practice is thoughtfully woven together to help you reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves you, and root into the season ahead. Rather than asking you to do more, this experience invites you to notice more. To move with the rhythms of nature instead of against them. To remember that just as the land knows when to release, so do we. As the sun begins to set and the day gives way to evening, we’ll gather around the fire to honour what we’re ready to leave behind before settling into the stillness of sound healing beneath the autumn sky. Leave feeling grounded, present, and deeply rooted in autumn. Dinner and tea included. This retreat is an outdoor event. Pre-booking required, spaces limited. All bookings are final, non-refundable.
