Rooted Together: Family Nature Program

Service Description

Rooted Together invites children and their caregivers to step away from screens and schedules and spend two hours exploring, creating, building, playing and connecting in nature. Each gathering is guided by the season, the land and what is happening in the natural world around us. Children may find themselves building with natural materials, learning a new outdoor skill, investigating something they’ve discovered, creating, problem-solving or simply getting lost in the freedom of unstructured outdoor play. Rooted Together is about creating more opportunities for children and families to build a relationship with the natural world — and with one another. AGES 4–12 Caregiver participation/attendance required. $40 first child | $30 additional siblings Caregivers attend free. WEATHER: We run in rain, snow, cool temperatures and muddy conditions. Sessions will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather conditions. Pre-booking required, spaces limited. All bookings are final, non-refundable. Refund will only be issued if Rooted Together is cancelled due to weather.
