This Spring Equinox gathering is an invitation to step out of winter and into the quiet emergence of a new season — a space to release what feels heavy, reconnect with your body, and gently turn toward what is ready to grow. Held outdoors, this experience supports grounding, reflection, and renewal through simple ritual and embodied connection with the environment around you. Through guided journaling, a fire release ceremony, ecosomatic practices that reconnect you with the body and surrounding landscape, and a breathwork journey, you’ll be supported in softening the nervous system, creating space internally, and allowing your intentions to settle without force or pressure. A closing nature-based meditation offers time for integration, helping the experience land gently and naturally. This is not about having everything figured out. It is about creating the conditions where growth can happen naturally. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and quietly aligned with what is ready to emerge next.
