This is not your typical kids’ program. This is a sacred pause. A breath of forest air for your nervous system. A playful, grounded, healing reconnection for both caregiver and child.​ Wild & Rooted is a 6-week outdoor experience designed to nurture emotional expression, body awareness, and deep presence—through the powerful lens of nature, movement, and ritual. Each week, we step into a different element—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether—inviting their wisdom to guide us in playful exploration, sensory practices, and somatic healing. Children and parents journey side-by-side, reconnecting with the wild world and the wild self. Come wild. Come rooted. Come home. Pre-booking is required, limited spaces. All bookings are final, non-refundable.
