Breath of the Elements is a 4-week journey designed to regulate your nervous system and reconnect you with the steady wisdom of your body through intentional, guided breathwork and deep rest. Each class focuses on a different elemental quality — grounding, flowing, energizing, and opening — using the breath as a tool to release tension, process emotion, build inner strength, and create space within.
You’ll be guided through supportive breathing techniques that gently shift your state from overwhelmed to calm, from stuck to moving, from depleted to restored. We close each session with the soft tones of Koshi chimes, allowing the body to integrate, settle, and absorb the work — a quiet landing into stillness.
This practice is slow, accessible, and deeply restorative. No movement. Nothing to perform. Just space to breathe, soften, and come home to yourself.
