This mini retreat is an invitation to soften, float, and allow what you’ve been holding to gently move.
Set within lush gardens and a spring-fed pond, Return to the Waters is a water-led immersion designed to support emotional release without force. Through breath, sound, and the regulating presence of water, you’ll be guided out of holding and into flow.
The experience includes emotion-focused breathwork to open space in the body, a water-themed guided meditation to support emotional movement, and a floating sound healing in the pond, where buoyancy and vibration invite deep nervous system settling. The retreat closes with spacious, unstructured time to swim, rest, and connect — allowing integration to unfold naturally.
This is not about pushing through emotions or seeking catharsis. It is about being held, supported, and reminded that release can be gentle.
