Forest Therapy is a guided outdoor healing and mindfulness practice inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). Unlike a hike, a guided forest therapy session is aimed to invite people to slow down and experience nature through all their senses. It encourages people to be present in the body, be open to mindful “invitations” and build a profound relationship with mother nature.
