Grief asks everything of us. It rewires the heart, shifts the ground beneath our feet, and can leave us feeling untethered—searching for a place where the weight can be seen, held, and gently eased. This retreat is that place.

Held in the Heart of Grief is a healing experience devoted to those moving through loss in all its forms—death, relationship shifts, identity changes, illness, or the quiet ache of what could have been. This is a space where you don’t have to be “okay,” where your grief is not a problem to fix, but a sacred process to honor.

You’ll be guided through a deeply supportive day that includes:

  • Grounding rituals and sacred space to safely arrive in your body

  • Somatic education and nervous system practices to help you regulate, feel, and soften without overwhelm

  • Transformative breathwork and restorative yoga to release what’s been stored, witnessed, or unspoken

  • A symbolic cold plunge ritual to awaken resilience and reclaim embodied strength

  • Gentle nourishment and integrative reflection to root the healing experience within you

This retreat weaves trauma-informed care, nervous system wisdom, and soulful ritual to offer something rare: a space where your grief can simply be.

You do not need to carry it alone. You do not need to rush your healing. You are allowed to pause, feel, and be held. This is not about moving on—this is about moving with. Come as you are. Leave more connected to yourself, your breath, your body, and your brave heart.
