There are moments when the body asks not for answers, but for space. This half-day retreat is an offering of that space — a slow, steady invitation to settle beneath the noise of daily life and listen to what lives within.
Through a carefully woven sequence of breathwork, guided meditation, hot stone restorative yoga, sound healing, and a closing body scan infused with gratitude, you’ll be guided into a state of deep rest and embodied presence. Warmth, rhythm, and stillness create the conditions for the nervous system to soften and the body to feel supported from the inside out. As awareness moves gently through the body, attention becomes less about effort and more about connection — sensing, appreciating, and inhabiting yourself more fully. This is a place to land, to be held by the practices, and to leave feeling grounded, nourished, and quietly restored.
